Overview

    KN-1500 Colorimeter for petroleum products conforms to the ASTM D1500 Standard Test Method for ASTM Color of Petroleum Products (ASTM Color Scale). The apparatus covers the visual determination of the color of a wide variety of petroleum products, such as lubricating oils, heating oils, diesel fuel oils, and petroleum waxes. experimenter pours different kinds of lubricating oil, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum product samples into colorimetric cylinder, then compare with normal glass color piece, determining the colourity by the corresponding color number.
