KN-6082 High-temperature Foaming Characteristic Apparatus
Overview
KN-6082 High-temperature Foaming Characteristic Apparatus conforms to ASTM D6082 Standard Test Method for High Temperature Foaming Characteristics of Lubricating Oils, it is used to measure the tendency of oils to foam at high temperature can be serious problem in system such as high-speed gearing, high volume pumping, and splash lubrication. Foaming can cause inadequate lubrication, cavitation and loss of lubricant due to overflow.

The sensor adopts stainless steel rod package PT100, which has sensitive response, high resolution, strong anti-interference, high temperature measurement and control accuracy, and strong corrosion resistance
5. Adopts metal diffuser, the pore size is 15~60um, and the permeability is 3000ml~6000ml, which fully meets the standard requirements
6. A piece of high-strength tempered glass is installed in front of the bath as a protective screen to avoid the danger of glass container breakage, and plays a dual role of protection and anti-scalding (for easy observation, high-brightness lighting is installed in the equipment)
