Overview
KN-2270 Viscosity Index bath conforms to the ASTM D2270 Standard Practice for Calculating Viscosity Index from Kinematic Viscosity at 40 and 100°C, it covers the procedures for calculating the viscosity index of petroleum products, such as lubricating oils, and related materials from their kinematic viscosities at 40 and 100°C.
Features
1.The instrument adopts advanced single-chip intelligent temperature control, timely temperature display working status such as time and other parameters;
2.It has outer Plexiglas insulation cover with uniform temperature distribution in the bath, which has good temperature control effect;
3.Four samples can be simultaneously used for the test, which makes the experiment faster and more convenient;
4. The heater and other components are made of stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion and durable. It has LED lighting with long service life and is easy to observe;
5.The capillary meter card adopts three-point vertical type, which is flexible and convenient to operate with tight clamping.
6. Automatic calculation of kinematic viscosity values and test averages, and automatic printing and storage of measurement results;
7.The number of experiments can be freely adjusted for 1-6 times, and parallel experiments can be performed on two or more oil samples at the same time.
